I am thinking of investing some money into an AIM stock by way of a secondary placing. Would I be able to buy these shares in to my stock & share ISA?

    No. Although AIM stocks in general can go into a stock & share ISA it is not allowed for shares from an intermediaries offer or a placing (secondary fund raising).
    Shares from a Public Offer can go into an ISA.
